Creating with Heart.
Living with Love.

Tim discovered his passion for folk art after moving to South Carolina in 2009. A self-taught potter, he began creating functional pieces like bowls and birdhouses in 2010, but soon found his niche in face jug pottery. His work draws heavily from traditional American folk pottery, with a particular emphasis on expressive face jugs. Over the years, Tim has exhibited his pieces at shows and festivals across the Southeast and ships his work nationwide. He also enjoys giving live demonstrations and sharing the tradition of folk pottery whenever possible. Tim holds a B.S. from Auburn University and an M.A.R. from Lutheran Theological Southern Seminary.

Julie has been creating art since childhood. She earned a B.F.A. in Graphic Design from Auburn University, where she also explored pottery in depth. For nearly 20 years, she has owned and operated Design Frenzy, Inc., a graphic design and promotional product company, using her creativity to help businesses grow. Julie’s fine art was put aside while she grew both her company and her family. Recently, she has returned to her roots in fine art. Her paintings often feature rich textures and thick, expressive brushwork that bring each piece to life.

Together, Tim and Julie’s creative journey began with their marriage in 2002. Life and work have taken them between Alabama and South Carolina, but their shared love of art has remained constant. They now reside in Decatur, Alabama and are proud parents to four amazing children: Mason, Molly, Pedro, and Tinka.
